Service Technician

Intro and job overview: 

We are looking to fill a service technician position. 

This position is full or part time, Monday through Friday. 

Benefits and pay range:

Pay is based on experience

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Diagnosing Printer Issues
• Troubleshooting Printers/Copiers
• Repairing Printers/Copiers
• Install new products and test them to make sure they are in working order.
• Educate the client on how to use and maintain their printer
• Order Parts when needed
• Fill out detailed service tickets 

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Ability to install, repair, test and troubleshoot equipment
• Must be able to read manuals with diagrams
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Must be able to lift heavy machines
• List any physical abilities needed such as lifting 50 pounds, etc.
• Driver’s License
• Basic knowledge of printers/copiers
